  • Fifth generation, N80/N90/N100/N110 (1988-1997).This generation brought more rounded body shapes. Engines: gasoline 2.0, 2.4, 3.0 liters and diesel 2.4 and 2.8 liters. Transmission: 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission. In 1991, a restyling was carried out, which changed the front part of the car.
  • Sixth generation, N140/N150/N160/N170 (1997-2005).It was distinguished by a more aggressive design. Engines: gasoline 2.0, 2.7, 3.4 liters and diesel 2.4, 2.5, 3.0 liters. Transmission: 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission. Restyling was carried out in 2001.
  • Seventh Generation,AN10/AN20/AN30 (2004-2015). This generation brought a significant improvement in comfort and handling. Engines: gasoline 2.0, 2.7, 4.0 liters and diesel 2.5, 3.0 liters. Transmission: 5- or 6-speed manual, 4- or 5-speed automatic transmission. Restyling was carried out in 2008 and 2011.
  • Eighth generation AN120/AN130 (from 2015). The current generation Hilux is characterized by modern design and high level of technology. Engines: gasoline 2.7 and 4.0 liters, diesel 2.4 and 2.8 liters. Transmission: 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. The restyling was carried out in 2020.
