The Citroën Jumper has several generations:
First generation (1994-2006) is a commercial van or passenger minibus with manual transmission. Meanwhile, gasoline and diesel powertrains with displacement from 2.0 to 2.8 liters were available. Some engine options were available as all-wheel drive versions. In 2002, the car was modernized, there were new large front headlights, revised interior and equipment, in addition, there were new units. The car was created and produced in a joint venture Sevel (together with PSA Group), because of which there were 3 almost identical commercial vehicles - Citroën Jumper, Fiat Ducato and Peugeot Boxer.
Second generation (since 2006) has become even more comfortable and more technological. The cars are equipped with diesel engines up to 3 liters and up to 177 hp. There is a choice of automatic or manual transmission. In the fall of 2016, cars began to be supplemented with engines that meet Euro-6 standards. The latest Citroen Jumper model was subjected to a strict testing program before release.
In summer 2020, the brand unveiled the Citroën e-Jumper electric commercial van. It has a 90 kW (122 hp) electric motor with a maximum torque of 260 Nm, thanks to which the van can accelerate to a top speed of 110 km/h (maximum 90 km/h for 4-ton versions).
